Five years have passed since the fall of Empire, and now, equines are returning to the land, only to find it greatly changed. But not every thing has changed, for the spirit of the land its self still lives on. Alliances are rising again, the Gods/Godesses are holding things together, and soon, the land of Empire will prosper once more. In memory of the fallen Empire, the lands were re-named Fallen Empire.

4/13/08- New skin thanks to Insanity <33 New royals have been announced, and only 3 days left for the activity check so make sure you post there! Also, a plot is being discussed, so you can expect one within two weeks.
Leaving, Hiatus, Away? Leaving us? No don't do it! Going away for awhile? Going on hiatus? Post it here, we will love you either way. Just don't die on us, because that would just make us sad.
Other (6 sub-boards) This is where you'll find the games, a board where new members can meet other members, a board for character logs to keep track of your characters and a board where you can come and ask people to critique an image or written work.
The Round Table (4 sub-boards) This is where the admins gather to brainstorm new plots and new ideas. This is also where you can put in your two cents and give us ideas, or even ask for some help.
Graphics Area (3 sub-boards) Do you want to open up a studio? Or are you searching for some one to bring your character to life? Come here. In the Graphics Area, anyone can make a studio and take requests. But be sure to be kind to the studio owners, because it takes a lot of work to do a manip of their best quality.
Advertisements//Affiliates (2 sub-boards) Here you may advertise your site or affiliate with ours so others can hear about it. However, be sure to follow the rules or your ad will be deleted without warning. Guest friendly for affiliates ONLY.
The Gateway (2 sub-boards) There is said to be an arch, a gateway, that was built long ago by the High Royals. It leads into an ancient land that has seen many battles, but also much greatness. This land was once an empire for all to fear. It was strong and beautiful, but it's power had ripped itself apart. Here on this gateway you will find it's history and events etched in stone, as forseen by the prophet, Hypnos.
Introductions (3 sub-boards) Make your character here, and fill out the form provided. Do not begin to roleplay until you have been accepted by one of our staff members. Isle of Anabo (5 sub-boards) The Light Realm, this is where the light horses who believe in all good doings reside. The lights believe in purity and peace, a healthy mind, and a good soul. Many venture here looking for goodness, many have no doubts, and have come to the right place. Others venture because of a change of hearts.
Isle of Oudeteros (5 sub-boards) Neutral equine wander here. These are the ones that do not care about the well fare of the light kingdom, nor the dark kingdom. They do not detest the lights like the darks, and do not hate the darks like the lights. Equines that follow the path of neutral are known to be very flexible on things happening and are known to be the most adaptable to change.
Isle of Atrum (5 sub-boards) Darkness, cold in the night, cold-blooded murder. This is what the darks believe is the way of life. They would be criminals that are always on the run. The Isle of Atrum is exactly where the darks hide out. Lights and Neutrals should not enter these parts for they put themselves in danger. Joining the darks? Be prepared.
Vixen Field (3 sub-boards) Are you a homeless mare and don't think that you'll be able to find a home on your own? Then make your way over to the lands here, stallions pass through here every day, so surely at least one stallion could capture your attention, or you capture the attention of one stallion. The land terrain varies between each claiming ground, each fitting the likes of the alliance.
Bloody Plateau A cliff high above the earth, standing out in the surrounding scenery of the lands. For years, all battles; whether it be over a mare or land, or for King or Queen title, blood has been spilled upon this very plateau. But the blood will never remain, for it is always washed away in the rain.

Dark Forest The Dark Forest, what a cliché of a name for such a place. But the name has stood for years. The trees here grow tall and tower above all life forms. As you travel deeper into the darkness, the sun light grows dimmer for the tick canopy of over-sized trees blots out the light. With no sun in the forest, it is always damp, foggy, and seems to be cold. In all, a perfect place for darks to wander. And wander here they do, only the bravest of neutrals and most ignorant of lights dare step food into the Forest.
Euphoria Euphoria; a state of very intense happiness and feelings of well-being. Almost like the lights...actually, it is just like them. And much like those that mill around these lands, hoping to pass the time, the lands never seem to grow dark, the sun always shines. As far as the eye can see, you find rolling hills of grass and clear streams of water, even a few good shady trees grow here. A perfect place for lights to come to isn't it? Thankfully, these soft hearted equine need not worry about darks bothering them, for the sun light is often very bothersome to the darks, and unless they're thinking of converting, you'll find none here.
Golden Ridge Here is where you'll post the stats for foaling. You do not actually make a post of the birthing, we'll have none of that. Instead, you'll put up the stats of the parents. Foaling is in Spring and Fall, foaling out of season could create a still-born or very weak foal. An admin, moderator or global moderator will do the stats for you, you may NOT pick the stats.
Grave Oasis Grave Oasis is not too bright, nor is it too dark, perfect for the neutrals. Grave Oasis is a wonderful oasis that neutrals can go to. The catch? You have to get through the desert surrounding the oasis. Many die here, for the scorching heat and blinding sand storms often cause them to lose their way. At times, you will find a random dark wandering in here, looking for a challenge, though they never reach the oasis because most lose their interest half way through and turn around. The oasis its self is rather lovely, good grass, a clear pond and shady palm trees. A wonderful area for neutrals to wander about.
Hollow Creek Here is where breeding records are to be put. You will not actually rp out the breeding. Your stallion may not breed to more than six mares during breeding season, upon the seventh foal born, it is an automatic still born. Breeding happens in Winter and Summer. Breeding out of season creates a miscarriage or still-born foal.

No man's Land Not all colts get lucky and get named heir to a land, and most do not wish to stay in their home herd, they'd rather spread their wings and take off. Unfortunately, they never have any where to go. But that's what No man's Land is for. Here is where bachelor stallions can come to wait for a stallion to 'claim' them or just live out a life here. This land varies in its terrain, some rocky, some luscious and green, just depends on where you go. In No man's Land, the lights, neutrals and darks tend to separate them selves and stick to their group, but a few mingle in and out of the alliances, but those are just weird. Mares may NOT go here.

Palios Shores Palios Shores is a long stretch of beach and farther off in the distance you can find a rocky barrier. Behind the beach is a forest, and just beyond the forest is a canyon with many jagged cliffs that have known to claim many lives. Here on Palios Shores, there's a mutual agreement that all three alliances can meet in peace without blood shed. Now...whether or not the peace is kept is up to them, but at least the thought is hanging in the air.
Aequus Aequus, a name that means "equal" in the dead Latin language. That's just what this land is, a land for all alliances to come together and meet without war and politics. It's a hidden valley, founded and protected by Khamaat. It's lush green pastures and crystal waterfall lure equines from all over. It's towering mountainous sides leave it safe from raid and storms. It's a haven for all equines.
Caelius A former light land that has opened up to all alliances. It's a forest terrain with some open meadows within it. The trees are old and hold many scars that talk of the great battles of the old empires. The forest itself has a eerie feel to it, but one of welcome. Caelius seems never to get cold, and snow never touches the ground. Grass is always found at its best, and the river the freshest in Empire. It's mystic vibes soothe all that enter, and allow the worst of enemies to become the best of allies.
In Character Archives When threads have been completed, or is no longer active, they will be moved here. This board is open for every one to see so they can reflect back upon older posts, however, posting will be disabled and all threads here will be locked.
